As Head Professional, duties would include teaching private tennis lessons, group tennis clinics and teach in junior tennis program. As Head professional, the responsibility would be there to assign tasks to yourself and two existing teaching professionals (both part time) in their duties. While two “teachers” are currently handling pickleball lessons and clinics, neither are certified and it would be a plus if the candidate had pickleball experience as well and take over that program. Big picture trajectory, grow both programs to hire more teaching pros and become the Director of Tennis & Pickleball.
