Responsibilities:
Conduct private and group tennis lessons for players and programs at all ages and skill levels.
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to individual and group needs.
Provide expert instruction on tennis techniques, strategy, and game tactics.
Take part in tennis clinics, camps, and tournaments.
Evaluate players’ progress and provide continued feedback.
Assist with events and social activities in the racquet sports department.
Take ownership by helping to maintain tennis facilities, including courts, equipment, and amenities, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are upheld.
Assist with promoting tennis programs and recruiting new participants and members.
Qualifications:
USPTA or PTR certification preferred.
Previous experience coaching tennis at various levels is a plus!
Fun and enthusiastic personality to generate excitement throughout racquets programs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire players of all ages and skillsets.
Knowledge of tennis rules, techniques, and strategies.
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Passion for tennis and commitment to providing exceptional instruction.
